This site is located in the R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). Multi-Family is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use Specific Standard 4.9.7.B.6.

1. This comment was not addressed correctly. As stated below the required development package is a separate submittal and is submitted at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plan and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the Submission Type “Site Review”. Until the DP is submitted correctly and approved Zoning cannot approved this building permit. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c a Development Plan (DP) is required to be submitted and approved for this project prior to approval of this building plan. The DP shall meet the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plan and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the Submission Type “Site Review”.
