A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5-.9. 1. In the R-1 zone, the minimum required side and rear setbacks are the greater of 6'-0" or 2/3 the height of the building wall (Table 6.3-2.A). Please provide elevations of the proposed Tuff Shed to verify the setbacks given. 2. There is an extension on the east side of the back covered patio that appears to have been constructed within the past five years without permits. This extension does not appear to meet setback requirements. Please provide permit documentation of this extension, if possible. Include this extension in your current scope of work if permits were not obtained or issued.
