The Proposed Floor Plan indicates 2 new water closets and 2 new lavatories are to replace the removed fixtures. From the Site Plan on Sheet SD-1, it appears these restrooms could serve occupants not only in the Committee Building, but also from the bleachers, animal pens, Press Media Building, Staging Area, and Lion's Building. Please verify with calculations on the drawings the plumbing fixtures provided in this building meet the requirements of the IBC Table 2902.1 and Section 2902.3.3 for water closets and sinks in this area.
