The zoning and setbacks provided on the site plan reflect the dimensional standards for Pima County zoning. This property is within the City of Tucson. 2. In the R-1 zone, the minimum side and rear yard setbacks are the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the Tuff Shed's wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). 3.
