1. It is still unclear what the true height of the new construction is on the elevation sheet. To calculate building height use UDC 6.4.4: "Building height is the vertical distance measured from the design grade elevation to the highest point of a flat roof; to the deck line of a mansard roof; or to the middle (between the eave and ridge) of the highest gable of a pitched or hipped roof"
2. Please provide distance from all property lines to structure on site plan
