Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0213 and the following comments need to be addressed. Until DP21-0213 is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plan. 2. This comment was not addressed. The Building plans building numbers match the lot not the building number shown on the DP To facilitate review please coordinate with the Civil Engineer so that the building numbers shown on the building plans & the DP match. 3. Until the DP revision has been approved Zoning cannot approve this plan. There are numerous canopies shown on the building plan that at not addressed on the DP. 4. Until the DP revision has been approved Zoning cannot approve this plan. There is a detached canopy shown north of building 9 on the building plans that is not shown on the DP. Clarify what the use is of the canopy area and if applicable the square footage will need to be addressed on the DP, coordinate with the Civil Engineer 5. The DP sheets provided within the building plan, except for Civil Sheet 7 UTILITIES & EASMENTS PLAN” need to either be the PDSD stamped plans, marked as for reference only or removed from the plan set.
