There appears to be no record of gazebo being permitted in the back yard. Please add the dimensions of the gazebo with elevation drawings to ensure zoning compliance. Any detached accessory structure cannot exceed 12' in height without a variance. 2. Please remove the dashed setback line from the site plan. 3. Aerial imagery shows a porch covering on the northeast part of the house that is not shown on the site plan. If that covering is no longer present, please make not on the site plan. If it is there, please add it to the plans. 4. Show the surrounding zoning on the east and the west adjacent parcels, and provide the right of way information for Bentley av.
