1.COMMENT: Provide a setback dimension for the porch addition for the north, east, and southern property line. Setbacks are measured from the property line to the post of the structure with an allowable 2’ overhang. Setback requirements for the R-1 zone are 6’ or 2/3 * Height (whichever is greater).
