The Height is measured from design grade to top of wall. Although this addition is inline with the existing structure it still has to meet current setbacks. Setbacks for this structure would be about 8’ from the northern property line. If current setbacks are to be maintained A Design Development Option (DDO) will be required to reduce the current setback to 6.5’.
