COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for NPZ Review (UDC 5.10.3).

This site is located in the NR-1 zone (UDC 5.10.3). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9.

This comment was not addressed. Prior to zoning approval an NPZ review and approval is required. Owner is proposing to construct 2 bedrooms, family room & kitchen addition to the rear of the existing dwelling. The property fronts on one local streets Seneca. Structure meets.
