This comment was not addressed. Prior to zoning approval an NPZ review and approval is required. Owner is proposing to construct 2 bedrooms, family room & kitchen addition to the rear of the existing dwelling. The property fronts on one local streets Seneca. Structure meets. NPZ review shall be completed prior to approval of the building plans.
