COMMENT: Provide an elevation drawing showing the height of the proposed structure measured from design grade to the highest point of a flat roof; to the deck line of a mansard roof; or to the middle (between the eave and ridge) of the highest gable of a pitched or hipped roof. (You can use the image provided on the 1st page of plans as your elevation drawing and add/draw the heights)


03. COMMENT: Detached accessory structures may not exceed 12' in height.


04. COMMENT: The setback requirement is based on the height of the adjacent wall (6' or 2/3 the height of the wall), provide the wall height so required setbacks can be determined.

05. COMMENT: The total gross floor area (GFA) of the accessory structure may not exceed 25% the GFA of the principle structure.
