1. Refer Drawing A.303. Verify the Roof Joists are capable of supporting the 400# bike as shown in addition to other suspended loading and roof loadings. Provide Structural Calculations sealed and signed by a Professional Engineer registered in State of Arizona.
2. Provide details showing how the new weights are suspended from the Roof Joists. Provide connection details. Provide reinforcing details for the steel joists if the suspension points are not on the panel points.


BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS:

1. Provide clarification what ceiling elements are being treated with the FX Flame Guard. Also provide evidence that the materials treated with this chemical will meet the requirements of testing with NFPA 701 or NFPA 289 in accordance with Section 806.4, along with the testing results. These reports will need to be approved by the building official.
2. Provide the calculations indicating the coverage area of the decorative elements indicating compliance with Section 806.2.
3. Provide clarification as to why only a portion of the West wall is being addressed for the 1 hour separation between tenants.
4. The exit in SW corner of the space appear to be too close to the adjacent exit. Provide evidence of compliance with Section 1007.1.1.
5. Provide clarification if the space is already sprinklered and alarmed.
