Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304". 2. Also provide a complete grounding detail per NEC art 250 for the Electrical Service equipment and verify compliance with NEC 250.58, 'Common Grounding Electrode'. 3. The manufacture cut sheet provided of the Service Equipment Specifications does not meet the requirements for AIC (Short Circuit Rating) ratings per TEP (UniSource) SR-510 SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION Single-Phase Customer, ‘Residential Services 200A or less’ or ‘Commercial Services 400A or less. See TEP SR Manual available at their website. The model # SC1624M100S (per cut sheet) is rated at 10kA not 22KA as stated in the response letter (this submittal) from Craig S Molling, President/Owner of Berts Electric. 4. Verify that the existing outdoor lighting is the original code compliant lighting installed at the time of building construction and will not be modified or altered from the original installation of the luminaires. Provide electrical design and calculations performed by an Arizona registrant who has demonstrated proficiency through registration, education, technical knowledge, or experience to perform such work.
