This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9.

1. It appears that the address for this permit is not correct. 1660 1660 W Circle B Dr is a pie shaped parcel with an existing SFR. Clarify the address and if correct provide a plot plan that matches the parcel. Also a Variance or Rezoning is required as the R-1 lot does not contain the 10,000 sq. ft. required for two (2) dwelling units.
