Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. 2. Provide a fully dimensioned elevation of the east face of the structure. The elevation will include a dimension from the peak of the roof to design grade of the driveway. Street perimeter yard setbacks for this site are 21’ or the height of the exterior wall as measured from design grade to the highest point of the wall measured from the outside edge of the nearest adjacent travel lane.
