This is a commercial hotel and requires submittal documents that meet the requirements of the 2018 IBC Section 107. Please provide that information on these documents.
2. Sheet 1: Per the IBC, this sheet must bear the seal, signature, and date of a registered design professional. Please provide.
3. Sheet 2; Foundation Notes: The first note indicates an assumed soil bearing capacity of 1500 PSI at a minimum 12" bearing into natural soil. For an assumed soil bearing value, please indicate 1500 PSF at a minimum 18" bearing into natural soil, or 1000 PSF at a minimum 12" bearing into natural soil.
4. Sheet 2; Foundation Plan: Are the exterior walls and foundations (Section 1/3) existing? Please indicate on the Foundation Plan and all sections as required.
