This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.
1. Based on current aerial photos there is some type of shade structure attached to the southeast corner of the existing house. This structure shows up after 2018 and Zoning was not able to find permit documentation for this structure. Either provide approved permit documentation or include this structure in this permit. Additional construction drawings are required see requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Fill_-_Residential_Submittal_Requirements_July_2020.pdf. Zoning cannot approve the shed permit until this is addressed.

2. Provide a residential plot plan that meets Residential Plot Plan Requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf.
