Per Code Enforcement Inspections report, code violations described for work performed without permits at this property. The electrical scope of work included but is not limited to: Replacing, relocating or installing new Receptacles (possibly branch circuit wiring and lighting, new circuit breakers) for the Kitchen Remodel. It was also noted in the inspection report that some of the Sub- Panels were missing hardware, covers, and there was paint over-spray on the internal parts of the panels as well as circuit breakers.
