This note could not be located in the resubmitted plans. Also be advised that any plans submitted must be sealed by a registrant registered in the State of Arizona. California seals are not valid in Arizona. 2. The application submitted for this project states in the ‘Description of Work’ “Remodel Kitchen. Remove dividing non load bearing wall units 11, 12, 14 (BLDG 3). The Site plan submitted shows BLDG #5 as “AREA OF WORK”. Not building #3. Please clarify. Provide complete electrical plans sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304.
