10/28/2021 JPEELDA1 FIRE REVIEW Approv-Cond Building requires a 2 hour seperation so that they do not need to install fire sprinklers. TFD has advised them to create a 2 hour seperation between the new garage and the house. New plans shall be submitted prior but building shall confirm that the seperation is there and that they have a copy of the new plans for review onsite along with the approved plans.
