COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: Please confirm the slope of the roof. This plan set is may not be compliant with the Fire code, demonstration compliance to 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1. If the slope of the building is greater than 2:12 then compliance must be shown on the plans. Show a 36” wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building.
