Please clarify. 2. Sheet A4; Floor Plan: The IBC Section 1109.11 requires a minimum number of accessible seats and standing spaces for tables and counters. Please provide a calculation on this sheet for the required number of spaces, and indicate those spaces on the floor plan. 3. Sheet A4; Floor Plan: For the bar counter required accessible spaces, please indicate on the plan the approach requirements per the ICC/ANSI Section 904.3. 4. Sheet A4; Floor Plan: Section 3/A7 is cut on the plan at the wall between the Cook Area and the Prep Area. That is not the correct location for that section cut. Please verify. 5. Sheet A6; RCP/Ceiling Plan: Please provide details on these drawings for the new hood support beam at the new interior wall and at the existing exterior wall. 6. Sheet A7 (Section 3); Sheet A4 (Floor Plan): Section 3 indicates an existing metal stud wall (opposite the new 3-2x10 beam) to support half of the hood weight (structural calculations also indicate that condition). That partition has a section cut 3/A8. Section 3/A8 indicates a pony wall. Please clarify and revise. 7. Sheet A8; Section 3: Please indicate the size of the wood studs in Section 3. 8. General: It is not clear if this building has an automatic sprinkler system. Please indicate on the drawings. 9. General: Please provide written responses to all review comments. |
