COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted addition on the North East portion of the house. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the structure or a permit must be obtained for the addition. Please ensure that all modules are on permitted parts of the house. Below I have provided a link to the Pictometry.
