01. COMMENT: Provide the setback dimensions from the proposed shed to the adjacent property lines. The required setback in the R-1 zone is 6’ or 2/3 the height of the wall, whichever is greater. If the proposed shed does not meet the required setbacks, you will need to get a neighbor waiver for each setback. If you pursue a neighbor setback put the following language ON your plan for EACH setback:

The adjacent owner’s waiver statement must be added to the site plan. The following statement can be used.
