09/22/2021 ERIC NEWCOMB BUILDING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Sheet A1; Code Review: Do Buildings A and B have separate tenants or companies and separate addresses/suite numbers/building numbers? This would require each building to have a separate Certificate of Occupancy. Please verify.
2. Sheet A1; Code Study: The areas of Buildings A, B, and C are listed together in the Code Study. The occupant load indicated is for the combination of those three separate buildings and for the new addition. If there are currently separate Certificates of Occupancy for each building, the new addition SF and occupant load must be assigned to either Building A or Building B. Please verify and indicate on this sheet.
3. Sheets A1 through A6: The architect of record must indicate on his seal the date this seal was signed.
4. General: Please provide written responses to all review comments.
