Please address the following comments. • COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted Ramada/Outdoor restroom on the South East portion of the house. After researching PRO there were no records for the Ramada/Outdoor restroom that could be verified or found. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the structure or a permit must be obtained for the Ramada/Outdoor restroom. • COMMENT: It has come to my attention that there was an unpermitted renovation done to the roof.
