Provide Structural Calculations for Foundations, Columns and Roof Framing for the Canopies 1 and 2 per Section 1601.1 of International Building Code 2018. 2. Provide Wind Load Calculations for the Canopies 1 and 2 per Section 1609 of International Building Code 2018. 3. Provide Seismic Calculations for the Canopies 1 and 2 per Section 1613 of International Building Code 2018. 4. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. 5. Verify the conflict between Building and Canopies Drawings regarding North marked on the Structural Floor Plans. 6. The requirements in OSHA 1926.757 for the erection of open web steel joists are to be followed. Where steel joists are used with columns that are not framed in at least two directions with solid web structural steel members, a steel joist shall be field-bolted at the column to provide lateral stability to the column during erection. Where constructability does not allow a steel joist to be installed at the column the joists are to be stabilized on both sides of the column. 7. Except for steel joists that have been pre-assembled into panels, connections of individual steel joists to steel structures in bays 40 feet or more shall be fabricated to allow for field bolting during erection. 8. Provide a vertical stabilizer plate at columns for steel joist as required by OSHA 1926.757. 9. Verify OSHA steel erection standards for open web steel joists. Section 1926.757 (a)(8) requires connections of individual steel joists to steel structures in bays of 40 feet or more shall be fabricated to allow for field bolting during erection. 10. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied E-003 DETAILS: Detail 4 and 7 are both Lighting control Relay panels. One shows top feed, the other, bottom feed. Are two details required? E-007 FIXTURE SCHEDULE: Confirm that Lighting relay panel LSD has sufficient lighting contacts. E-110 PARTIAL LIGHTING PLAN: Notes 17&18 are mislabeled 10&11. E-410 ONE LINE DIAGRAM: Panel LW15 could have a higher rated CB. Other similar panels have 225 or 250 amp MCBs. MDP #3 CB LW5 has its trip rating at 70A and may nuisance trip. Suggest a larger trip rating. E-505 PANEL SCHEDULES: Panels LW5 and LW6 show 150A MCB on this sheet, but have 250A MCB on sheet E-411. Coordinate for agreement. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1). Roof Plan Page A1.13 note #423 states "scuppers & overflows as needed confirm in field". Plans will need to illustrate primary & secondary scuppers & downspouts at this time with sizing calculations & loads that derive from IPC 1106.2 thru 1108.3 including primary/secondary scupper detail & downspout detail. -IPC A106.3.1 2). All L-1 & L-2 Lavatories need a TMV-1 mixing valve regardless of what water heater supplies them. -IPC 419.5. Update plan pages TP1.1 & detail #6 on TP4.0 3). Plan page TP1.1 includes Gas notes #5,9,13,15 remove notes or add gas illustrations to plumbing plans. -IPC A106.3.1 4). FB1 Footbath mixing valve shown plan page TP1.1 needs to be a type that conforms to one of the standards from -IPC 423.3 5). Plan Pg. TP2.4 notes #1, #2,#3 list the incorrect backflows for non carbonated beverage equipment. they need to be listed to ASSE 1022 or 1024 rating. -IPC 608.17.1.2 11). The building plans have been reviewed for compliance with DP21-0192 and although it appears that the plan match unit DP21-0192 has been approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans. 2. Based on the sheet index it appears that development package, DP21-0192, will eventually be included in the building plan set. If included the DP will either need to be the stamped approved set or mark as reference only.
