1. Provide accurate information regarding Current Codes per International Building Code 2018. The information provided is incorrect since State has adopted latest Codes. The Structural Calculations and Drawing S0.1 references ASCE7-10. Make revisions and resubmit.
2. Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1.
3. Submit documentation regarding implementation of Special Inspections and Testing program during construction to observe compliance with the Design Concepts and Specifications.
4. Provide schedule of special inspections as required in IBC Section 1705.
5. The Structural Calculations for Floor Slab at Rack Base Plat (Page 22) references IBC2015. Revise calculations and resubmit.

Detail #1: Need to provide short circuit current available at ECB and call out adequate KAIC rating for ECB.
Detail #1: Need to provide fire pump size and determine if ECB and feeders are properly sized and also comply with NEC 695 for LRA short circuit protection and voltage drop of conductors when carrying LRA.
Detail #3 shows aluminum conductor to finished grade. Aluminum should not contact earth.

This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). General Merchandise Sales/Commercial Storage are permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-5). See Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.Q, 4.9.10.A and 4.9.13.Q.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with development package, DP21-0219, and although it appears that the building plans match the DP a building height was not provided on the DP as required. Until the required information is provided on the DP and Zoning confirms that the information matches, and the DP is approved, the building plans cannot be approved.
