Please add a legal description with all the owner information as seen on the residential plot plan template. b. Ensure all structures on-site are permitted and on the plans. The aerial view shows some structures to the south and to the west of the residence that do not appear to be permitted. Please show that they are removed, to be removed, or get them permitted. c. Even though the setback to the north property line is sufficient, please show the measurement from the front porch to the property line.
