Aerial imagery shows additional shade structures along the west side of the property and in front of the carport near the street. If these are intended to remain, they must also be included on the site plan. Note, an accessory structure in your front yard is prohibited. Additionally, the existing structure near the east property line behind the house must also be shown. If any of these structures have been removed, please indicate that on the site plan. Once this information has been provided, we can provide appropriate comments to reduce your required setbacks.
