COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments. ? COMMENT: Provide the slope of the roof it appears that may be greater than 2:12. If the slope of the roof is greater than 2:12 then compliance to 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1 must be shown on the plans. Show a 36” wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building. ?
