This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Marijuana Facility - Dispensary is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.E.1.

1. As you are proposing exterior work, addition of a generator, curbing and restriping, a Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The checklist can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf.
A DP is a separate submittal from the building permit and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the “Submission Type”, “Site Review”.
