7. Complete the Contractor, Owner and Architect/Engineer sections as applicable.

8. Supporting Documentation Upload - Provide a complete cost estimate for the project. You may also provide additional documents you think will be helpful.

Provide electrical plans, design and calculations performed by an Arizona Registrant (Electrical) who has demonstrated proficiency through registration, education, technical knowledge, or experience to perform such work.

Sub- Panels not allowed in closets, NEC 240.24.

Include the full scope of work, branch circuit and feeder extensions, existing location of the sub- panels, etc.

Provide a complete line diagram, load calculations, panel schedules, AIC ratings of equipment, all feeder, branch circuit conductor sizes and types, AFCI and GFI protection where applicable, complete compliance with the 2017 NEC.
