This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). Utility Distribution System use is a permitted use in the zone (Table 4.8-2) as a Zoning Examiner Special Exception Procedure, Section 3.4.3, subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.11.A.1, .2, .5, .8, .9, .11.

1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan is required for the following types of development: c. Existing development undergoing a change of use , building or structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. That said as you are proposing structure additions to the site a Development Package (DP)meeting the minimum requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf, must be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plans
The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”.

2. The Zoning Examiner Special Exception Procedure, Section 3.4.3, will need to be processed and approved prior to approval of this permit.

3. The address used for this permit is not correct. Contact Pima County Addressing and have an address issued for the well site. A revised application will be required for the next submittal.
