Marijuana Dispensary is a permitted use subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.E.1. 1. Zoning acknowledges that you submitted the Marijuana Use Authorization Application with your building permit but this was an incorrect submittal and should have been done as a separate submittal. Zoning has passed the application information on to Elisa Hamblin will review the application for completeness and then review as applicable. But until you have the approval letter from Ms Hamblin Zoning cannot approve this plan. As you are proposing an expansion of use area for a Marijuana Dispensary a current Marijuana Location approval letter dated within the last year must be submitted.
