Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P. 1. The plans submitted for this building plan review appear to be the Development Package, DP21-0289 sheets, not the building plans. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”. I have requested staff to move the DP sheets to the correct review group and start the DP review. The building plans cannot be approved until the DP is approved.
