The residential plans have been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section but cannot be approved until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.  
1. Ensure the site plan includes all the requirements of a residential plot plan found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf

a. Add a lot coverage calculation
b. Add lot length and width measurements
c. Ensure the elevation drawings are measured from design grade.
2. The proposed addition is encroaching into the perimeter yard setback area. The perimeter yard setback in the R-1 zone is 6' or 2/3 the height of the structure, whichever is greater. A Design Development Option (DDO) will be required to reduce the setback to 4'. Please update the elevation drawings so zoning can determine the height of the proposed garage extension.
