This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

1. All exterior work within a Historic District requires Historic review.

2. Sheet C-1 Site Plan Keynote 4 calls out “MASONRY WALL 6’-0” HIGH MAX”. Zoning was not able to located the wall or keynote 4 on the plan. Clarify if this is an existing or proposed wall and if proposed show it on the site.
