| 09/09/2021 | ROBERT SHERRY | MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Comment not resolved, air from the kitchen is still being recirculated other spaces. [Initial comment: Footnote b on Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2018 states that mechanical exhaust is required for the kitchen and no air from the kitchen may be recirculated to any other space. HP-1 and HP-2 appear to be recirculating air from the kitchen/prep, the order line, and to the public restroom. Reference: Section 403.2.1 (3), IMC 2018.] |
| 09/13/2021 | DAN SANTA CRUZ | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Please address the following electrical plan review comments and provide a written response, There is still some confusion concerning panel ‘A’. The panel schedule for panel ‘A’ shows a 200 amp 1-Phase MLO panel with a load of 143 amps. The line diagram shows a 100 amp 3 pole main circuit breaker. Please clarify. Adjust the service secondary and service entrance conductor sizes as necessary to carry the load calculated and provide a main disconnect rated properly for the equipment served, per NEC 230.23, 230.42 230.70. Grounding electrode conductors for Building Steel, Metallic Piping, should be sized per NEC 250.66, 250.104. Please identify the exterior luminaires as ‘Emergency Egress’.
