1. Per Unified Development Code Article 3.3.3.G.2.c a site plan, development package, is required when an existing development is adding any structures to the site. Provide a development package (DP) the at a minimum meets the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to a Commercial/Industrial Site. This checklist can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from this building permit set and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using submission type “Site Review”. This DP must be approved prior to approval of this building permit.
