Ramada on Commercial Property

The plans have been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section but zoning cannot determine the scope of work. If the applicant is proposing to build a ramada at 8550 E Broadway, a development package will be necessary to go forward with the project. The development package is the application required for any change to the footprint of a commercial site. It appears that the proposal is to add a ramada to a shopping center.

The development package must follow section 2-06 of the city of Tucson Administrative Manual. Parking calculations, pedestrian ciculation, access, setbacks, and other standards must be provided.
