COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted carport addition on the West portion of the house. After researching PRO there were no records for the carport that could be verified or found. If no permits are available relocate the solar panel away from the structure or a permit must be obtained for the porch addition. If this carport was permitted, a structural analysis will be required to ensure the load of the modules and accessory equipment will be supported by the carport.
