o COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments.


o COMMENT: This plan set is not compliant with the Fire code, demonstration compliance to 2018 International Fire Code 1204.2.1.1. If the slope of the building is greater than 2:12 then compliance must be shown on the plans. Show a 36" wide access pathway from the eave to the ridge on both sides of the building.


o COMMENT: Residential will review the application on the next submittal
