The previous electrical plan review comments was not addressed and the electrical plans were not revised correctly. 2. The Insta Hot water heater shown in the plumbing plan specs out the operating voltage at 208 volts 1 phase. The panel schedule shows a 1 phase 120 volt branch circuit breaker assigned to it. 3. The WSHP units shown on the Mechanical plans equipment schedule do not match numbers with the electrical plan. Also the operating voltage is shown as 460volts.. The electrical panel schedules are rated at 120/208volts. Please clarify. 4. Include load calculations in the panel schedules to verify the new loads are within the panel ratings. Please coordinate with Mechanical and Plumbing, revise the plans to correctly and clearly indicate the scope of work.
