Ref; Plan Sheet PV-4, PV-4.1, Line diagrams. (A) Shows 1 set of 3/0 terminated to a 600 amp MCB at the ‘MAIN SERVICE CABINET’ and feeding a 600 amp sub-panel ‘A’. The conductor sizes are grossly undersized (4-3/0). NEC 240.4, 310.15. Please clarify. (B) What is Sub-Cabinet ‘A’ ? Switchgear or a Panelboard? And is it separate from the Main Service Cabinet ? Why is the ground and neutral bonded together in this equipment? Should only be bonded together at the main service per NEC 250.24. (C) Show the bus rating of Sub-Cabinet ‘A’, all OCPD ratings and verify compliance with NEC 705.12B(2)-(3)a and b. (D) Identify each piece of equipment shown in the photographs in plan sheet PV-3. (E) Provide a grounding detail for the module Racking and modules.
