A single-family residence is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets all requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This plot plan shall show all structures that are on site. Based on current aerials photos there is some type of structure in the front yard and one in the southeast corner. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for the structure in the front yard.
