As you are proposing changes to an Industrial Site a Development Package (DP) is required. This DP shall at a minimum meet the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plan and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the “Submission Type”, “Site Review”. Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the DP has been approved. 2. Based on aerial photos it appears that there was an additional canopy added sometime after 2018 and no permits were found for this structure. This structure will require permits. 3. Based on aerial photos it appears that there has been paving added to the site sometime after 2018 and no permits were found for this. 4.
