7.7. Native Plant Preservation
An approved Native Plant Preservation Plan Sections 7.7.4 is required or a request for an exception from the Native Plant Preservation requirements in accordance with Sections 7.7.3.D.3 & .4 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) is required prior to Grading Plan approval.
By far, the best way to satisfy this requirement is to preserve 30% of the lot as Natural Undisturbed Open Space. On this site, indicate graphically what area will remain in place and provide calculations that 30% of the site will remain undisturbed.

10/27/2021 JPEELDA1 FIRE REVIEW Approv-Cond The house under roof and new editions will be 5,197 square feet. You will need a letter from Tucson Water stating that you have 2,000 gpm for 2 hours. We also need to know the distance from the house to the furthest part of the new building as the hose lays not how the crow flies. If you have any questions please call or emial me.
