The Applicant has submitted revisions to the Construction documents and response comments dated 9 August 2021. The Applicant has revised the Construction Documents to show the following: 1) Plan notes and details have been corrected to show wall along 18th Street, in front of the contributing structure will not exceed 4’-0”. 2) Plan notes and details have been corrected to show wall along Russell Ave will not exceed 6’-0”. 3) Note has been added indicating future work at the existing contributing structure shall be compliant with IID requirements. Based on the construction document drawings provided, the project is in compliance with the IID requirements. I therefore approve these changes.
