A Financial Service is permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.L.1 & .3 and 4.9.13.O. 1. This comment was not addressed correctly. As stated below the DP is a separate submittal from the building permit and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the “Submission Type”, “Site Review”. The DP does include any building code requirements and shall only include site related requirements. Review UDC Articles 7.4.6.E.2 & F.2 and demonstrate on the DP that these requirements are met. Do not submit a DP with an aerial photo and ensure that all requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes are met. Zoning acknowledges that landscape plans are not required. As a new structure is proposed on this commercial site a Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites must be submitted and approved prior to this permit.
